Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (First Delivery)

You have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive your first delivery, whether purchased as a single order or as the first shipment of a subscription. This means you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason and return the unopened, unused product.

To be eligible for return under this right, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Subscriptions: Cancelling or Changing Future Deliveries

Subsequent deliveries within a subscription are identical to your first delivery, so the right of withdrawal above does not apply to them.

To change, pause, or cancel your subscription, contact customer service no later than 14 days after your billing date. If you cancel within this window, your upcoming delivery will not be dispatched or charged. If you cancel after this deadline, your next scheduled shipment will still be dispatched and charged, and the cancellation will take effect from the following shipment onward.

We do not accept shipments returned to us as cash on delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@goodforme.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. This includes any product where the seal or packaging has been broken. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your first order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with the Right of Withdrawal section above. Your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it, and you'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
